Projects #80, 81 and 82

Happy Friday!

It's Friday and that means it is time to share our work.  As I mentioned in my last post I was going to move from creating cards to tag art and home decor.  I am often stuck by how different each art form is.  I was feeling very comfortable with my card making abilities.  I could pull a new card together quickly and easily.  Now fast forward tot this week....and UGGGG it was such a struggle. :)  I had to redo the 2nd tag a couple times to get it close to what I had hoped for.  I know most tag art has a vintage look to it, but I was feeling colorful for a change. I am sure next week I will summon my inner vintage as I create more tag art.

Project #80-Home Decor
I actually made two of these frames as we have been busy decorating for Halloween.  Next week I will switch to Thanksgiving.

Supplies: Stamps (Papertrey Ink/Halloween Tags), 5x7 canvas, vintage frame, paint, pattern paper, card stock, dies (Papertrey Ink), ribbon, ink and embossing powder.

Project #81-Tag Art
I ended up using both stamps together on both tags.   I loved the inchies stamp set the moment I saw it and I really enjoyed working with it.  So much I might have to use them again next week.:)

Supplies: Stamps (Inkadinkado and Tim Holtz), ink, ribbon, fibers, button, tag, label, rhinestones, sun die-cut and embossing powder.

Project #82-Tag Art

Supplies: Stamps ((Inkadinkado and Tim Holtz), ink, embossing powder, acrylic squares, glossy accents, ribbon, fibers, safety pin, metal key and love accent.

Thanks for stopping by,
Jeri'

  1. I love your tag art! Project 82 is my favorite. The color and the different textures from all the things you used. Looks like you had fun making tag art. Nice sometimes to do something different.

Have fun next week! Look forward to your Thanksgiving decor.
