Hello everyone, Catherine Scanlon here to let you know about my latest in + out class that is starting in a few weeks. In + Out Art Journal Toolbox is starting on Friday, June 14th. If you joined me for In + Out Journal last fall or when we re-ran it this spring and made a journal -- this is the perfect next step for you to learn some creative ways to journal inside your beautiful journal.
If you didn't take that class from me, no worries as you can use any type of journal you may already have to learn the techniques I'll be sharing in this one week course. Here's a quick run-down on a few things I'll teach you in this course:
- Why Art Journaling?
- How + Where to Get Started
- Image Transfers on Journal Pages
- Flower Doodle Construction
- Ways to keep your journaling PRIVATE
- Collage Techniques
- Basic Lettering Techniques
If you aren't familiar with my In + Out classes -- let me tell you what a GREAT deal this is. For $14 you get all the information in this 1 week class, with all the information I pack into each course you are getting a GREAT deal. (If you click on the image below it will take you to the enrollment page for this course where you can see the supply list and other details you might be interested in!)
I should also mention that I have 11 other In + Out classes -- one a month for the entire year. The other GREAT DEAL I'm offering for this series is a way to get a FREE class at the end of the year. If you sign up for all the classes in the series you'll get a 13th class for free! Again, that is an amazing deal when you consider how much information I pack into each class for an enrollment fee of $14!
At this point, you might be thinking -- well I've missed all the other classes so this doesn't apply to me, right? Wrong! We'll be offering a CATCH UP week sometime this fall so you can enroll in the other courses and catch up.
I know -- you also might be thinking how would you possibly be able to catch up?? Right? Well, with our Extended Enrollment program even after the course has closed you have access to all the information (videos, pdf's etc.) for an indefinite amount of time. I mean, like forever.
So, with all that out of the way -- I do hope to see you in In + Out Art Journal Toolbox on June 14th -- and if you leave a comment on this post you could be the LUCKY WINNER of a FREE seat in this class! If you've already enrolled your course fee will be credited back to you.
With that, I'll leave you with a FREE In + Out Video that I created this year!
NOTE:
The course fee for this 1 week class is $14.00 and class starts on Friday, June 14th. Students will have access to the instructor-led classroom for a total
of 5 weeks from the class start date. After that time, students will be
placed in the Extended Enrollment classroom. This class is made up of detailed videos, pdf handouts and images for you to use with this class.
In order to be eligible for the free seat in this class you must leave a comment on this post!
Please note, in order to be eligible to win your comment must be posted by midnight on MONDAY, June 10th. A winner will be chosen and announced on Tuesday! Thanks for stopping by AND Good LUCK!

Love 2 Create
Looks like a fun class. I've seen Catherine Scanlon on HSN & love watching her, she is such an informative & animated person.
ReplyDeleteVery nice video, Catherine, I've been playing with watercolors but don't like the way it looks; maybe adding the pen lines will make a difference. Thanks for sharing, and thanks for the chance to win a seat in your class!

Great video, Catherine! I have enjoyed all your classes so far. This one looks like it will be just as good as the rest of them!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the video! I would love to attend.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a great class, I enjoyed the video, and it's affordable. Thank you for the opportunity of possibly winning a class. Best of luck to everyone. Linda E.
ReplyDeleteArt journaling is on the top of my list of things I'd like to learn this year. I have all the art supplies and a few (empty) journals just sitting there waiting on me. Knowing where to start is the thing that is stopping (ah-hmm, intimidating) me. Your class would be the best place to start. Enjoyed the video. Thank you for the opportunity to maybe grab a seat.
ReplyDeleteMy journal is rarin' to go...all it needs is the kickstart that Catherine's class could provide!
ReplyDeleteShine on!

ReplyDeleteAwesome video. I'm new to the classroom, crafting, aer journaling, all of it. I have 3 art journals I've decorated the covers on 2, that's as far as I've got. This sounds like a great jumping off point.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a really fun class.
