Scrapbooking: Home Decor Giveaway!

Hello! I'm Shirley Pando, instructor at My Creative Classroom and part of the MCC website support team. In fact, if you email the help desk (support.mcc@gmail.com) I'm the person you'll hear from. :-)

In honor of the upcoming National Scrapbooking Day (May 4th), I’m here to let you know about a BRAND NEW class, "Scrapbooking: Home Decor" taught by Cristal (Pinky) Hobbs, Jennifer Priest, Catherine Scanlon and myself.

We all treasure our family photos and the memories they evoke. Instead of keeping those beloved photos in your albums, let's bring them out into the open where we can see them everyday. This class is all about creating beautiful embellished memory projects that you will be proud to display in your home or give as gifts. Projects include a mixed media canvas, a decorated printer's tray, a family message center, and an acrylic wall hanging.
For a limited time this class is only $20!! The price will increase on May 1st at 10am CST. CLICK HERE TO GET IN ON THIS GREAT DEAL AND JOIN US IN CLASS.

How about a giveaway? One lucky person will win a free seat to "Scrapbooking: Home Decor". All you need to do is leave a comment on this post and let us know why you'd like to win this class. You have until Sunday April 28th at midnight to enter. Already enrolled?  If you are the lucky winner we will refund your tuition. Good Luck!!

  1. I will be moving soon and would love to decorate my new place with family photos. Also since I have literally boxes of photos I would love to be able to use some of the photos to give as gifts. This class would motivate me to do something with those photos instead of them being hidden in boxes.

After a six year challenge, we will be finishing our kitchen remodel in about 6 more weeks. For the last 12 months, my kitchen has been a....challenge. Plastic shelves and plastic drawers serve as cabinets. Patched dry wall with unframed windows and doors are the backdrop. The floors are two different worn finishes.
We have removed two walls making the floors uneven. There are wooden patches in the floors filling the places where the walls were. The oven has been moved leaving a hole where the electrical cable went through the floor. My two year old grandson has been fascinated with that hole requiring us to fill it several times.

The portable dishwasher tends to be a challenge. When not in use, it stays on a floor about 1/2" lower than the floor near the sink. Sometimes, when rolling it from the lower floor it gets stuck in the "grandson hole" requiring me to yank it back & get a running start.

This kitchen is 60 years old with the original cabinets & sink. I'm very very grateful we have the funds to do the remodel.

Needless to say, I could use this class to get me started on decorating the kitchen, when finished!!
